How It Works
From estimate to final walkthrough
Free Estimate
A walkthrough of the space (in person or over photos/video), a written scope of work, and a firm price, no obligation to book.
Prep & Protection
Furniture moved and covered, floors and fixtures protected, surfaces pressure-washed, patched, sanded, and primed. This is the step that determines how the finish holds up.
Painting
Sharp cut lines at trim and corners, full coverage in the number of coats the color change actually needs, and coatings chosen for the surface and the South Florida climate.
Final Walkthrough
A walk of every room or elevation together before final payment, plus a full clean-up, drop cloths, tape, and debris gone, space left the way it was found.
